Total Big Bullets general secretary Krishna Achuthan has rescinded his decision to quit his post after a lengthy meeting with the rest of the executive on Monday.
Achuthan confirmed in an interview yesterday that he had cancelled his plans to step down.
“There are a few things that needed to be sorted out if we are to move forward and I am happy that my concerns have been taken care of and we can move on. I think that is all I can say,” Achuthan said.
Bullets boss Hassam Jussab said last week that Achuthan had communicated to him his intention to quit but the executive felt he should carry on.
“We have won all the three cups so far this season and there is good working relationship in the executive and Mr Achuthan has played a big part in the team’s success.
“It would, therefore, be fair if he completed the journey with us other than abandoning the track just before its destination,” Jussab said last week.
