The Economics Association of Malawi (Ecama), an economics policy think tank, has launched its own website, http://www.ecama.sdnp.org.mw.
The website, which has been designed and published by Ecama, has background information on the association, the services it provides, the projects and activities it has undertaken and membership.
A statement issued by Ecama said the website also contains latest economic news and vital economic and statistical data for use by planners and analysts.
“There is also a page on the titles of interesting papers written and presented by members on the issues affecting the Malawi economy, including the latest paper presented at the Ecama Annual General Meeting in January, 2002. Once on the Ecama site, you can also linkup to several sites that deal with economic issues the world over,” the statement added.
