Nomads in away win

I had one of my most painful experiences in the prediction business last week when the Azzurri of Italy defied my prediction to win the World Cup.
Most painful was the fact that the World Cup comes just once in every four years, which means I have to wait for another four years to repair last week’s damage.
The chance of predicting South Africa 2010 might not even be there. Anyway, I acknowledge the consoling messages I got from different people.
But I refute in strongest terms an allegation from Maxwell Biwi of Celtel who implied that my prediction was influenced by some bad memories I had from Italy where I went just days before the World Cup. I may only agree with those who suggested that the prediction was sabotaged by Zinedine Zidane who got red-carded after head-butting Italy’s Marco Materazzi.
By the way, is it true that Materazzi uttered the common Chichewa swearing, referring to a male private part for Zidane to get angry? If that is true, Zidane was wrong. He could have simply replied ‘ako.’
Enough about the World Cup. Let’s now go back to our domestic league, the K50 million TNM Super League. A number of games have been lined up for this week but I will only predict that MTL Wanderers will get full points from Dwangwa.
