Another window of opportunity has opened for Flames and Silver Strikers’ penetrating raider Emmanuel ‘Eke’ Chipatala who has been invited for trials with South African top outfit Kaizer Chiefs.
Local player agent Kondi Msungama disclosed Sunday that apart from Chipatala, he has also arranged trials for MTL Wanderers’ dead eyed hitman Aggrey Kanyenda with another South African Premiership side SuperSport United.
“The duo is scheduled to depart for Johannesburg on Wednesday for trials which will last a week. I have already communicated with their respective clubs (Silver and Wanderers) and I am only waiting for their responses.
“The trials have been arranged through a Czech Fifa agent Ivica Stankovic and we are in the process of finalising their travel arrangements,” said Msungama.
The scout also said Supersport United have also made inquiries on Big Bullets captain Petros Mwalweni.
“There is nothing concrete though on Petros, but hopefully he too should be going for trials within the week,” he said.
Meanwhile, wonderboy Peter Wadabwa left the country on Friday to start a new lease of life with yet another South African Premiership side Jomo Cosmos.
